Aston Villa have rejected a £20m from Manchester City for PFA Young Player of the Year, James Milner.
Villa have rejected the bid, stating that they will work out a long-term contract with Milner when he returns from international duty at the World Cup.
England coach Fabio Capello recently said that Milner was "the future" of English football, so there's little wonder as to why free-spending City want him in their squad.
