After securing the La Liga title a few days ago, Barcelona are quick to bolster their squad for next season with the signing David Villa of Valencia.
Valencia president, Manuel Llorente, confirmed that they have accepted Barca's offer for the Spanish striker, who scored 21 goals league goals this season.
"This is without doubt the most difficult and emotive moment of my entire career," Villa said in a statement on Valencia's website.
However I'm sure that the decision to join the La Liga champions wasn't that hard to make. Villa will now join the likes of Messi, Xavi and Iniesta in a star studded line-up.
With Henry and Ibrahimovic expected to leave, Barcelona will be looking to re-build their squad with Torres and Fabregas in their sights.
